Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the shipment is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location and retain your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
